1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of aerse.com and purchases made through the website. The store and the Aerse brand are operated by AERSE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16942421, with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. In these terms, “Aerse”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AERSE LTD.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to us and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Products and natural variation

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Natural stones can vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, clarity, shape, and size. These natural differences are not defects. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.

4. Crystal and wellness information

References to intentions, energy, zodiac signs, healing traditions, emotional support, prosperity, or similar themes describe cultural, spiritual, or symbolic traditions and personal practices. They are not medical, psychological, financial, career, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee a particular outcome. Our products are jewellery and personal accessories and are not substitutes for treatment from a qualified professional.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or otherwise accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

6. Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout. The total payable amount, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us, is displayed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees that we do not control.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Available destinations, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, tracking, and information about duties or import charges are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable. For consumer orders, risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, exceptions, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

The website, Aerse branding, product photographs, designs, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to AERSE LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Subject to those rights, AERSE LTD is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of any mandatory laws and the right to bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
