This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through aerse.com. The seller is AERSE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16942421. Orders are packed and dispatched from Hong Kong.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the United States, and Canada. Available methods may vary by destination, order value, product, and delivery address.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: 10 in the checkout currency for orders below 10; free standard shipping for orders of 10 or more.
  • Express shipping: 20 in the checkout currency.

The final shipping charge and any available free-shipping offer are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times

  • Standard shipping: typically 8-10 working days.
  • Express shipping: typically 3-5 working days.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most current estimate for your order. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing and tracking

After your order has been prepared and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation when tracking is available. Tracking information may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Applicable taxes or import charges, where collected at checkout, are displayed before payment. If a destination authority applies an additional charge that was not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for that charge as permitted by local law.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. Contact crystal@aerse.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your parcel arrives damaged, email crystal@aerse.com with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.
