Q: Are your crystals real and natural?

A: Yes, 100% of our crystals are natural and genuine. Since they are natural stones formed by the earth, they may have small imperfections, inclusions, or slight color variations. These are not defects but proof of their authenticity.

Q: Why does my crystal look different from the photo?

A: Each crystal is unique, just like a fingerprint. While we ensure the quality matches the photos, the specific patterns, shapes, and color tones may vary slightly. This means your piece is truly one-of-a-kind!

Q: Are your crystals ethically sourced?

A: We take ethical sourcing seriously. We work closely with trusted suppliers who prioritize safe working conditions and fair wages. We are transparent about the origin of our stones (e.g., Amethyst from Brazil, Labradorite from Madagascar).

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes! We ship primarily to Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Delivery times depend on your location & Shipping cost:

  • Germany: 5-12 business days.
  • France: 5-12 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 3-10 business days (due to customs processing).

Q: Will I be charged customs or import taxes? (Important for UK/EU)

A:

  • EU Customers (Germany, France.): No. For orders under €150, VAT is already included in the checkout price (IOSS). You will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
  • UK Customers: For orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout, so no extra fees at delivery. For orders over £135, additional customs duties and VAT may apply upon arrival, which are collected by the carrier.

Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: We pack our crystals very carefully, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Care & Usage

Q: How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?

A: There are several ways to cleanse your crystals:

  1. Smoke: Use Sage or Palo Santo smoke.
  2. Moonlight: Place them on a windowsill overnight during a full moon.
  3. Selenite: Place them on a Selenite charging plate.
    Tip: Be careful with water! Some crystals like Selenite, Pyrite, and Malachite should not get wet.

Q: Can I put my crystals in water?

A: Not all crystals are water-safe.

  • Safe: Quartz (Rose, Clear, Smoky), Amethyst, Citrine, Agate.
  • Unsafe (Do not wet): Selenite, Pyrite, Hematite, Malachite, Fluorite, Calcite.
    If you are unsure, we recommend using smoke or moonlight cleansing instead.

Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and local European payment methods.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer laws. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to start a return
