This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through aerse.com. The seller is AERSE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16942421, with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. Orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with any original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email crystal@aerse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. If the return is accepted, we will confirm the applicable return address and instructions. The return address may differ from our registered office.

Return shipping

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photographs where possible. We will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another appropriate remedy. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the relevant product page or checkout expressly states that free returns apply, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if applicable law gives you additional rights. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to return it after receiving approval and place a separate order for the replacement item.

United Kingdom and European Economic Area cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact crystal@aerse.com.
