Aerse orders can be tracked through your order status page, your shipping emails, and the Shop app once tracking is added to your shipment.

Best way to check your order

Find your order email

Open your Aerse order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Shopify includes your order details and tracking access there.

Use your order status page

After fulfillment, your order status page will show shipment progress. Supported carriers can display real-time tracking updates.

Tracking questions

When will tracking appear?

Tracking appears after your order is fulfilled and a tracking number is added. Until then, your order can still show as confirmed or being prepared.

What if I checked out as a guest?

Guest customers can still track through the order status page from their order emails. After a period of time, Shopify may ask for the order number plus the email or phone number used at checkout.

Why don't I see movement yet?

Some carriers take time to scan the package after the label is created. It's normal for tracking to appear first and movement to follow later.
